Vibrations

Ideal for those wanting to keep fit but who haven’t got the time or don’t want to workout in a gym.

It makes the muscles work by using their natural reflexes (stretch shortening reflex).

Classical and varied gym exercises are done using a vibrating plate. Because the muscles respond to additional contractions it means 15 mins of vibrations are equivalent to 1.1/4 hrs of training using equipment.

At JUMPY FORME there are 2 original Power Plate machines.
 

The instructor will make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and can help you choose exercises adapted to your individual needs.

Very efficient to help with cellulite, osteoporosis and relieve pain due to bad blood circulation.
